Returns and Replacements

At Armadio India, we take pride in delivering premium, made-to-order clothing tailored to your style. Due to the customized nature of most of our products, we follow a strict yet fair policy to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.

Replacement Policy

We offer replacements only in the following cases:

  • Defective or damaged product (manufacturing defects or transit damage)
  • Incorrect product delivered (wrong size, design, or customization)

Replacement Process:

  1. Raise a request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Share clear images/videos of the issue via email or WhatsApp.
  3. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or offer a resolution.

Replacement Shipping Charges (if the issue is not from Armadio’s end):

  • ₹400 for winter products (jackets, hoodies, zippers)
  • ₹200 for summer products (t-shirts, polos, etc.)

Self-Ship Option for Replacements: Customers can self-ship the product using any courier. Once received and inspected:

  • Reshipping will cost ₹200 for winter products
  • Reshipping will cost ₹100 for summer products

Return Policy

No Returns on Customized Products: Returns are not accepted for customized items unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Returns for Non-Customized Products: You may return non-customized items within 7 days of delivery if the item is:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In original packaging

Return Options:

Option 1 – Self-Ship: You may return the product using any courier of your choice. Armadio will not charge any fee for this.

Option 2 – Armadio Pickup (for personal reason returns):

  • ₹100 for summer products
  • ₹200 for winter products

If the product is being returned due to an error from our end (wrong or damaged item), return shipping is free of charge.

Size Exchange Policy

Size exchanges are available only for non-customized items.

  • ₹400 for winter products
  • ₹200 for summer products

If self-shipped: Only reshipping charges apply:

  • ₹200 for winter
  • ₹100 for summer

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only for non-customized items if the return is approved after inspection.
  • Customized items are not eligible for refunds — only replacements or store credit will be offered.

Important Note on COD Orders:
If you placed your order via Cash on Delivery (COD), the ₹99 COD fee is non-refundable.
Example: If your order was ₹1,098 (₹999 product + ₹99 COD), and you return the product, your refund will be ₹999.

Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Cancellation Policy

Customized orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. If your item is defective or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

Note: If the product’s hang tag is removed or tampered with, the item will be considered sold and not eligible for return. Only replacements (if applicable) will be processed.
