Returns and Replacements
At Armadio India, we take pride in delivering premium customized clothing tailored to your needs. Since most of our products are made to order, we have a strict yet fair return and relacement policy to ensure a smooth experience.
Replacement Policy
We offer replacements only in the following cases:- Defective or damaged product – If the product has manufacturing defects, transit damage, or quality issues.- Wrong product delivered – If the product received is different from what was ordered (wrong design, size, or customization).
- Replacement Process:
- Raise a request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Share clear images/videos of the issue via email or WhatsApp.
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or offer a resolution.
- Return Shipping Charges: Customers will need to bear the return shipping charges of ₹400, which includes both the return pickup and reshipping of the replaced item.
Return Policy
- No Returns on Customized Orders – Since our products are made to order, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Returns for Non-Customized Items: If you purchased a non-customized item, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Return Shipping Charges: The customer is responsible for returning the product, and a ₹400 charge will apply for return shipping.
- Size Change Policy
If you ordered the wrong size, we offer size exchanges for non-customized items. However, the customer must pay ₹400 for return and reshipping.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed only for non-customized items if a return request is approved.
- For defective or incorrect customized products, we will offer a replacement or store credit (refunds are not applicable for customized items).
- Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 5-7 business days after product inspection.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Exchange Policy At Armadio India, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. We understand that sometimes situations may arise where you need to cancel your order or exchange a product. This policy outlines the guidelines for cancellations and exchanges based on receiving a defective product.
If you receive a defective product, we offer a hassle-free exchange process. Please follow the steps below to initiate an exchange:
a. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product to report the defect. You can reach us through email - info@armadioindia.com
b. Provide detailed information about the defect, including any supporting evidence such as photographs or videos, to assist our team in assessing the issue.
c. Our customer support team will rview your request and respond with further instructions within 2 business days. We may request additional information or evidence if necessary.
d. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label or arrange for the product to be picked up from your location, depending on the nature of the defect and your location.
e. Upon receiving the defective product, we will inspect it to verify the reported defect. If the defect is confirmed, we will proceed with the exchange process.
f. If the product is out of stock or unavailable for exchange, we will offer you the option of a refund or a suitable alternative, as per your preference. The refund or replacement process will be initiated within 2-3 business days from the date of your request.
g. The exchanged product will be shipped to you at no additional cost. Please note that the availability of the replacement product may vary depending on stock levels.
